Chen is a veteran high tech executive and a repeat entrepreneur. Prior to Tipalti Chen was CEO of Atrica, the innovator in the Carrier Ethernet market. Atrica was sold Nokia-Siemens. Prior to Atrica Chen was co-founder and CEO of Verix, a provider of business intelligence software. At ECI Telecom, Chen founded, led the sales and marketing and was General Manager of the ADSL business unit, leading it from inception to $100M/yr. Chen holds a BSc from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Eran served as Tipalti's VP of Sales and Marketing from 2011 to 2013 while increasing company revenues 50 fold. Prior to joining Tipalti, Eran was VP of Marketing at VeriWave, a Wireless LAN performance analysis company. VeriWave was acquired by Ixia (NASDAQ: XXIA). Between 2000 and 2003, Eran served as VP of Marketing for Ixia, where he built the product management, marketing, and support teams and was responsible for all marketing and branding activities. He also held key marketing positions at Spirent Communications, and ECI Telecom. Eran holds a BSc from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Mark has over 15 year of experience building teams and leading businesses in the online trio of payments, advertising and ad sales. Prior to Tipalti, Mark was VP of Strategic Accounts at Bluesnap, an innovative e-commerce platform. At Bluesnap, Mark was responsible for the account management and inside sales team. Prior to joining BlueSnap, Mark was the CEO of Publicis Webimage, a subsidiary of the international Publicis Group. Mark holds a BA from the college of managmenr of academic studies and is perusing his MBA from Santa Clara University in California.

Oren Zeev is a partner at Orens Capital. Prior to Orens Capital he was a partner at Apax Partners. Oren has extensive experience investing in technology companies in the US and in Israel. In the past decade, Oren's focus has been on Internet applications and digital media. In addition to Tipalti, Oren serves on the boards of Houzz, Chegg, Infolinks, Duda Mobile, Younow and Crossrider. Past investments include Audible (acquired by Amazon), Wibiya (acquired by Conduit), Mobixell Networks, Butterfly (acquired by TI), Native Networks (acquired by Alcatel), Commtouch (IPO), Tescom (IPO), and Smartshopper (acquired by Zango). Oren holds a BSc Cum Laude from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France.
